To ensure quality and compliance of our services, it is necessary to perform upgrades on our Vault environment. IXOPAY Engineers will perform maintenance of the production environment.

Scope: IXOPAY Vault Upgrade
Time: 2023-02-23 09:00 UTC - 11:00 UTC
Affected Services: Credit card Processing, 3D-Secure Engine
Expected Impact: We may experience minor degradation of our 3DS and Vault environment for a couple of minutes. A recovery process has been prepared to keep impact to a minimum in case of unforeseen complications during the upgrade process.
