In accordance with changes to the IXOPAY release structure, IXOPAY engineers will perform a migration of the IXOPAY Production Deployment Infrastructure.
Scope: Migrate IXOPAY Deployment Infrastructure Time: 2023-01-25 12:00 UTC - 13:30 UTC Affected Services: Transaction Processing, Credit Card Processing, Web Interfaces Expected Impact: Engineering teams have performed extensive testing in our Sandbox environment. The IXOPAY Gateway may experience some degradation while the migration is performed. In case unforeseen issues arise, a recovery process has been prepared to keep impact to a minimum.

We have identified an issue while processing transactions at 11:31 UTC. This issue impacted only credit card and 3DS transactions. Transaction processing returned to normal from 11:39 UTC onwards. There is no further disruption to be expected.
