During the outage our Gateway Admin interface and inbound transactions only certain tenants were affected.
All components are up and running again. An internal root cause analysis and post-mortem will be performed by our team.
Our team is still investigating the issues. We were able to narrow down the issue to our Gateway Admin transaction list view. Inbound transactions are not affected.
We are currently experiencing issues with our gateway administration interface, our engineering department is currently investigating the situation.
