3ds Issue

We are currently monitoring an issue, that leads to an elevated 3ds error rate. Mastercard's DS Server, outside of our influence, appears to be at fault.

    CDN reengagement

    CDN has recovered! CDN/DDoS protection reengagement is underway.

  • CDN Reengagement procedure completed.

  • Gateway slow responses

    Currently the gateway and API is responding very slowly. Issue is in conjunction with our CDN. Investigation is underway.

  • Issue has been resolved at 17:45 CET

  • CDN Disengagement Procedure finished. Response times should now normalize.

  • CDN disengagement now in effect for secure.ixopay.com and api.ixopay.com.

  • CDN disengagement procedure started.

  • Outage notification

    We are currently expieriencing major service outages.

    Outage Notification

    Our team was notified about elevated errors during MPI + 3DS processing and is currently investigating the issue

  • The issue seems to be resolved, there are no more errors MPI + 3DS errors.
