Intermittent transaction failures

We have identified an issue, which has now been resolved, resulting in intermittent transaction failures affecting a few tenants between 18:52 UTC and 18:57: UTC. Our team was able to immediately mitigate the issue and all services have resumed normal operation.

3DS2 Mastercard Timeouts Observed

Between 08:28 and 08:40 UTC Mastercard 3DS2 processing was impacted by timeouts to the Mastercard directory servers. A number of clients were impacted with an elevated number of 3DS2 processing errors.

Dashboards are catching up!

  • Dashboards are up to date again!

  • 3DS Transaction Processing Failures

    We are noticing higher than usual transaction failures with 3DS transaction processing since 11:22 UTC. Our team is engaged to work towards recovery.

  • We confirm at this point that the spike in transaction failures has been resolved.

  • IXOPAY Vault 3DS Issue

    We are investigating an issue which is affecting 3DS transactions

  • The latency has subsided and everything looks normal again.

    IXOPAY Vault Outage Notification

    We are currently investigating elevated errors with 3DS transaction processing.

    Affected Components:

    • IXOPAY Vault
    • 3DS
  • The issue is considered resolved as no more timeouts were observed since 23:33 UTC for VISA and 23:13 UTC for Mastercard.

  • We are still investigating erratic 3ds behaviour. We believe there is a problem with the scheme directory servers, as we are observing notices from various other ACS vendors that support our assumption. Yet the team remains engaged to further determine the underlying issue.

  • We are still observing transaction failures for a subset of 3DS transactions. Our team is engaged to work towards recovery.

  • It seems VISA's directory servers are not responding in a timely manner.
