Our networking team will perform further maintenance in our primary datacenter. IXOPAY customer traffic will be re-routed to the secondary datacenter during this maintenance to reduce transaction processing impact.

Please be aware that during the maintenance period there may be delays of approximately 15 to 30 minutes for tasks such as data processing in Dashboards & BI data source, Post Processing, and Data Fetcher jobs.

Additionally, there might be delays for retries of transaction callbacks, but only if the initial callback could not be successfully delivered. Please don't hesitate to contact customer support if you have any questions.
