IXOPAY will perform scheduled maintenance on August 11, 2026, from 06:30 UTC to 07:30 UTC.
To maintain the security, reliability, and compliance of our services, IXOPAY will perform a scheduled upgrade of the production Vault environment. Any customer impact is expected to be limited to approximately one minute.

During this brief period, customers may experience slightly increased response times or a short interruption affecting the IXOPAY PCI Vault and in-house 3D Secure services. Credit card processing may also be temporarily impacted.

Our team will closely monitor the platform throughout the maintenance and take all necessary measures to minimize disruption and restore normal service as quickly as possible.
