On Tuesday, May 20, 2025, we will be performing planned maintenance on the IXOPAY platform for a critical database upgrade.
Impact: During the maintenance window from 04:00 - 6:00 UTC, we anticipate a service interruption of approximately 20 minutes, commencing around 04:20 UTC. During this time, all transaction processing and production services will be temporarily unavailable. API transactions attempted during this period will receive a maintenance error message (https://documentation.ixopay.com/docs/guides/production/handling-errors#maintenance-mode) indicating that our systems are undergoing maintenance.
During the downtime: - All transaction processing will be halted. - All other production services will be unavailable. - API endpoints will be unresponsive. - Merchant and Admin web interfaces will be inaccessible.
We are working to complete the maintenance as quickly and efficiently as possible and will restore full service once the upgrade is complete. Updates will be posted here.
