On 13 October 2026 between 11:12 PM and 11:16 PM EDT (03:12–03:16 UTC on 14 October), the pciapply.com compliance portal was briefly unavailable and users saw an error page instead of the login page. The cause was a routine automated system update that restarted a server. Service recovered fully without intervention.
