We confirm that we had an issue with Credit card processing between 08:23:32 UTC and 08:23:46 UTC, leading to a small fraction of credit card transactions for a subset of tenants to fail.
This issue impacted transactions processed in the IXOPAY Vault environment only. Other transaction processing remained fully functional.
