Resolved

IXOPAY experienced an issue with some connectors after a code deployment, leading to an increased rate of request timeouts for a small subset of clients.
To resolve this, IXOPAY engineers deployed a hotfix.
After the hotfix deployment, we saw degradation of the Direct Transaction API, leading to some transaction failures starting at 12:47 UTC. Engineers were able to restore full functionality of the platform at 12:59 UTC.
