We are investigating a short production interruption that has affected a few clients, which happened at around 13:15 UTC.
Admin Dashbaords are currently lacking behind.
Due to an internal networking issue a database node caused certification issues during cluster transaction replication.
The issue impacted only a minuscule fraction of our overall transaction volume and was limited to a subset of IXOPAY clients.
The issue lasted for multiple seconds at these points in time: 2021-03-24 13:21:10, 13:22:00, 13:34:00 13:43:20 UTC
The dashboards updates were delayed due to a failed locking mechanism, and have been recovered within the hour.
Our team has conducted an internal RCA and a post mortem analysis to avoid such issues in the future.
