IXOPAY Payment Orchestration - Vault Maintenance Oct 28, 2026 08:30-09:30 UTC
IXOPAY will perform scheduled maintenance on October 28, 2026, from 08:30 UTC to 09:30 UTC.
To maintain the security, reliability, and compliance of our services, IXOPAY will perform a scheduled upgrade of the production Vault environment. Any customer impact is expected to be limited to approximately one minute.
During this brief period, customers may experience slightly increased response times or a short interruption affecting the IXOPAY PCI Vault and in-house 3D Secure services. Credit card processing may also be temporarily impacted.
Our team will closely monitor the platform throughout the maintenance and take all necessary measures to minimize disruption and restore normal service as quickly as possible.

EU MFT Security Updates Nov 4, 2026 20:53-22:23 UTC
IXOPAY-TokenEx will be applying vendor supplied security updates to the EU Managed File Transfer (SFTP) Platform.
Due to the nature of the updates being applied, all nodes in the cluster must be taken offline prior to installation. This will result in a brief 5-10 minute interruption of the EU SFTP endpoint. While the first node in the cluster is being updated, customers will not be able to upload or download files. This activity will not impact any other IXOPAY-TokenEx Universal Tokenization services.

Universal Tokenization Maintenance: US Region November 2026 Nov 10, 2026 11:00-13:00 UTC
The Universal Tokenization Production Environment (US) will undergo scheduled Production Patching on Tuesday November 10th, from 5am CDT (11am UTC) to 7am CDT (13pm UTC).
