Scheduled Maintenance

IXOPAY Vault Maintenance Aug 25, 2026 06:30-07:30 UTC

To maintain the security, reliability, and compliance of our services, IXOPAY will perform a scheduled upgrade of the production Vault environment.

Any customer impact is expected to be limited to approximately one minute.

During this brief period, customers may experience slightly increased response times or a short interruption affecting the IXOPAY PCI Vault and in-house 3D Secure services. Credit card processing may also be temporarily impacted.

Our team will closely monitor the platform throughout the maintenance and take all necessary measures to minimise disruption and restore normal service as quickly as possible.

Universal Tokenization Maintenance: US Region - August 2026 Aug 25, 2026 11:00-13:00 UTC

The Universal Tokenization Production Environment (US) will undergo scheduled Production Patching Thursday, August 25th, from 5am - 7am CST (11:00 UTC - 13:00 UTC).

Impact: During this time we will monitor all applications and expect limited interruptions. If you have any questions or concerns about this scheduled maintenance, please contact our support team.

TokenEx APIv2 Issues
Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Users might have observed intermittent latency or timeouts when calling the TokenEx APIv2 endpoint between 20:02 and 20:09 UTC. Since 20:09 UTC, all systems have operating within normal parameters.
