IXOPAY Gateway Visa Directory Server - update

The issue seems to be resolved, it looks like some internet routes were broken on the global scale, due to an outage at tier 1 operator Level3/CenturyLink.

We are aware of, and investigating an issue which potentially impacts many services. The network issues seem to be attributed to a global internet transit provider affecting multiple datacenter across all regions.


We currently observing timeouts during 3D-Secure transaction processing via the VISA Directory Server. We identified these to occur with our own MPI server as well as third party MPI servers.
