Mastercard 3DS Directory Server Outage - Update

We did not observe any more 3DS processing issues with Mastercard since the last update and are closing this incident. We are still waiting for Mastercard to inform us about the root cause and will publish an update as soon as we know more!

Mastercard 3DS Directory Server Outage - Update

The Mastercard Directory Server started failing to respond to requests from our 3DS server. The situation has improved since 15:50 UTC, we are currently not seeing errors anymore and are working together with Mastercard support to analyse the issue.

Our team was notified about elevated errors during 3DS MPI processing and is currently investigating issues to connect to the Mastercard Directory server!
