The test environment endpoint for TGAPI v2 (test-tgapi.tokenex.com) will begin routing through an updated edge network configuration.
This change will not affect endpoint URLs, authentication, or request/response formats. However, if your organization maintains IP-based allowlists, you may need to update your configuration to include the following static IPv4 addresses for test API traffic:
162.159.140.74 172.66.0.74 20.37.143.189

This morning at 6:11 AM CST(12:11 PM UTC), we experienced an issue with the active firewall VM in our US datacenter, which triggered an automatic failover event.
The resulting service interruption lasted less than one minute. Systems have been operating normally since the failover completed.
We continue to monitor the environment to ensure stability.
