We would like to inform you of a maintenance event that will take place with our upstream provider Cloudflare.

During the maintenance the ip addresses of our Gateway and Vault API (, endpoints, as well as any equivalent white-label endpoints, are going to update. Please make sure that any outbound firewall rules include the following ip ranges:


We would like to note, that any client side outbound ACLs, which limit ip ranges for our endpoints, have not been supported yet.

Once the migration has been completed the ip addresses used for the endpoints will be dedicated to IXOPAY and statically assigned, we will then be able to provide you with a more narrow outbound IP ACL.

The issue is resolved and services have resumed normal operation.

We were just experiencing connectivity issues on a routing path with our CDN provider, which was resolved after a couple of minutes. We are going to monitor the incident closely.
