Increased 3DS errors Tuesday 20th October 2020 13:10:00

We have identified an External 3DS ACS Service Provider, which is used by many issuers, appears to be confronted with severe technical problems resulting in slightly lower successful 3D Secure verifications. Merchants requiring 3D secure authentication may also observe increased auth cancellation rates. The transaction logs will show up with: 98 - Transient System Error - 1058, Status: U, for 3D Secure transactions.

Please note this is not an issue happening at IXOPAY or our 3DS server infrastructure.

The ACS provider has communicated the incident to be resolved as of 2020-10-20 18:17 UTC.
