Outage Notification

We are currently investigating short service interruptions, due to connectivity issues on one of our loadbalancers in our primary datacenter.

Affected Components:

  • IXOPAY Gateway
  • IXOPAY Vault

Update 13:04 CET: All systems are operating in normal state and our monitoring has not identified any further outages. We are in the process of analyzing the exact root cause of the issue to better mitigate any future outages.
